The Automatic Palletizer is engineered as a complete, turnkey solution. The process begins at the pallet store, a magazine that holds a stack of empty pallets (standard 1000×1200×140mm or custom). An automatic dispenser feeds one empty pallet at a time into the palletizing zone. Products arrive via your existing conveyor line. The robot with custom gripper-powered by an ABB or KUKA industrial robot-picks products from the infeed and places them onto the pallet according to the programmed layer pattern. The robot builds the pallet layer by layer until the programmed height is reached. The automatic stretch wrapper then rotates the completed pallet while applying stretch film with adjustable tension and wrap count, securing the load for transport. The finished pallet conveyor moves the wrapped pallet out of the palletizing cell to a pickup point for forklift removal. The entire system is enclosed by safety guarding with interlocked access gates to protect operators. The system is controlled by a premium PLC (AB or Siemens) with an intuitive HMI touchscreen (AB, Siemens, or Weinview), where operators can select pallet patterns, monitor production, and diagnose issues. Every component is chosen for reliability: FESTO/SMC pneumatics, SICK/IFM sensors, NSK/SKF bearings, and SEW/Siemens motors.
